The crew were amazing, so reassuring for my boy who was nervous to get moved and go in an ambulance but they were so supportive the whole way and made it fun for him. By the time we got to the ambulance he was so excited. They were also very professional with hospital staff and were like a breath of fresh air.

We moved my 97yr old, very frail, mum, from Bristol to near Doncaster and nothing was too much trouble. The cost of the ambulance included a doctor and paramedic for the 5hr journey and their kindness and professionalism was without fault.
